(1) Modification (moderation) of the questions prepared according to rule 15 should be done by one or more skilled or experts as per the need. In this way, two or more groups can do the revision of the question separately.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), questions should be included proportionally from all sections (sections, groups, sub-groups) while modifying the questions. While selecting the question, the candidate should be able to write the answer within the time specified in the syllabus.
(3) While revising the question, attention should be paid to the following points: –
(a) Not to put controversial and ambiguous questions,
(b) Not asking extra-curricular questions,
(c) To put questions suitable to the level of the respective post (category or level). (d) Preparing a set of question papers in such a way that the questions within one set are not repeated (e) To comply with other procedures prescribed by the Commission regarding the modification of questions.
(4) Questions which are not used or which are found unsuitable for use while modifying questions will be deleted by the concerned branch.
